Leon Duncan in business

Continue this journey with me.

Decorated Army Veteran who served during 9/11.

Leon Duncan is an active private money lender and seasoned real estate professional with over 20 years of experience as a former real estate broker and current real estate investor. Before real estate, Leon was a top-producing sales rep for ADT and later a corporate sales manager, experience that shaped the discipline and drive he brings to helping investors navigate every side of the business — including the record-setting sale of the largest penthouse in Downtown Atlanta, overlooking Centennial Park.

In 2015, Leon bought his first investment property and quickly became known as "the investors' broker." Since then, he has shared content to help others begin their real estate journey. As both an active investor and private lender, he continues to provide capital, strategy, and guidance to help investors succeed.

Married for 20 years and the proud father of three, Leon lives by a simple motto: Live from your God-given identity.

Now that I have your attention!

The host of Real Estate Lunchbox Live, real estate and culture reactions. I was born in West Africa, raised in Philadelphia, and moved to Atlanta at the age of 23. Authentic conversation from a young man growing up in a house with a single mother — I always say how I feel.
